BTCfish is an Android app that visualizes public Bitcoin market activity as a 3D aquarium. This Privacy Policy explains what information is, and is not, processed when you use BTCfish.

Information We Collect
BTCfish does not intentionally collect personal data from users. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in system, no profile features, and no forms where you can submit personal information to us.
Market Data
BTCfish connects to public market data endpoints to retrieve BTC/USD ticker, order book, and trade information. This public market data is used only to render the aquarium visualization inside the app.
Network Information
Like any app that connects to the internet, normal technical network information, such as your IP address and device network metadata, may be processed transiently by internet service providers, hosting providers, or the public market data provider in order to deliver the requested data. BTCfish does not access, store, sell, or share this network information.
Local Storage
BTCfish may use the normal storage mechanisms of Android only for app operation, such as app settings or cache if needed by the operating system. BTCfish does not store personal data on our servers.
Data Sharing
BTCfish does not share user personal data with third parties. The app retrieves public market data from external market data services, but it does not send user-created content, account data, contact data, location data, or advertising identifiers to us.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because BTCfish does not create user accounts and does not store personal data on our servers, there is no account data to delete. You can remove local app data at any time by uninstalling BTCfish or clearing the app storage in Android settings.
Children
BTCfish is not directed to children. The app is intended for adults interested in market visualization and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
